An off-market property is a property that is never going to be listed online. These properties are only available through strong relationships with agents and can make incredibly powerful investments. We have access to a wide range of off-market properties due to our strong market reputation.
Every client is different! We love the fact that every one of our clients has a unique strategy, goals and situation. This is why we take an individual approach to each and every client. For most clients, it will usually take us a few weeks to find a high-quality investment grade property.
Since we tailor your strategy based on your individual situation, we also tailor our fees to reflect this. For most clients, we operate off a simple fixed fee model that we will present in your Strategy Session based on your proposed strategy. For a small portion of other clients, we may charge a percentage of the purchase price.
In all situations, our fee is separated into two parts; an engagement fee when you sign on as a client of ours, and a success fee once we become ‘unconditional’ on your new investment property.
It is important to remember that Atlas Property Group is an industry leading buyer’s agency, and our fee reflects this. We want to work with clients who understand the value we provide, and who want to take their investing journey seriously by working with market experts.
